UK data protection and privacy is changing by means of the new GDPR guidance, and so we are getting ahead of the curve by reinforcing how we use your personal information.
WHAT IS GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation is a legal framework that comes into play from 25th May 2018. The regulation will focus on how companies collect, store and management personal data, ie. personal data about individuals. The GDPR applies to any company or sole trader who hold or process personal data.

We collect landlord and tenant name and address information from third party agents and direct from the tenant. We also gather contact telephone numbers, email addresses and billing address information.
HOW DOES XML USE YOUR DATA?
XML uses your data for the purpose for which it was collected. In order to communicate with clients and customers, XML uses the contact and address information listed above. For the purpose of liaising and planning projects, XML uses email addresses and billing address details provided by the customer.
When you communicate with us via email or via our website, we keep a record of this information.
WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The sharing of your data is done in a controlled and confidential way. We only share data with engineers and operatives who are responsible for working with our client directly. We do not use any personal data for marketing, or third-party affiliates.
